YOKUU makes probiotic cleaning products for people who want a cleaner home and a healthier planet. We're B-Corp, growing hyper fast (>2x per year) and are internationalizing rapidly (5 countries and growing).
We have a lean but mean team of highly talented and ambitious individuals. We're looking for someone who is commercially driven to create and capture growth opportunities across marketing and sales.
What you'll do
Specifically, you will work closely together with our Founders, Markteers and Sales Director to:
- Generate marketing partnerships
- Grow reach through community sharing with other brands
- Grow reach through sampling at other businesses
- Acquire new customers through collaborating with influencers & podcasts
- Generate sales by partnering with third-party (discounted) sellers
- Grow sales exponentially by getting YOKUU listed with new retailers
- Visit stores to directly pitch YOKUU
- Represent YOKUU at trade fairs, networking events, and client meetings
- Onboard new customers successfully
- Assist with general sales tasks, including email campaigns, order processing and customer questions
- Work across other growth and sales opportunities as they arise
Who you are
- You have 0-3 years experience in Marketing and/or Sales
- You are commercially minded and love hunting for deals
- You are a strong relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and persuasion power
- You are curious, open minded, self-starting and entrepreneurial
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You will travel to the Amsterdam office 2x per week + to Antwerp 2x per month
