Here's a couple of our most frequently asked questions:

+ How should I use the Glass Cleaner?

Our Glass Cleaner works a bit differently from cleaners you're used to. For that reason it's important to follow our instructions, as highlighted above! 

Spray onto the surface from a 20cm distance. You should see small droplets form, but they shouldn't run or streak down (a sign you've used too much product.). Remember that when using our Glass Cleaner less is more! Wipe clean and dry with a cloth immediately.

In case of streaks wipe a second time with a clean, damp cloth.  

+ Help! I'm still getting streaks?

Remember that our glass cleaner isn't like the products you're used to.

To avoid streaks, make sure that you're spraying from a 20cm distance, that you're not using too much product, and that you're wiping the product down with a dry microfibre-cloth.  

+ Are YOKUU's bacteria safe?

The bacteria in our products are 100% safe - so safe that they're technically edible (but we wouldn't recommend it). 

+ What if I'm not 100% satisfied?
